Why should I book parking in advance and over the Internet?
You have a guarantee of an available parking place and we offer the most comprehensive offer of online parking booking in the Czech Republic.
Can I make a booking directly on the arrival day?
Yes, booking must be made at least 1 hour prior to the planned arrival.
I am afraid of booking parking online.
Online booking is fast, convenient and secure for the customers of Parkoviště.cz. We use the internationally approved security system, SSL, for the encoding of all online credit card payments.
Is the booked date and time binding for entry and departure from the parking lot?
Yes, these data are fully in your competence. It is fully up to you, from when until when you will pay your parking. However, you have to count with the fact that the system will not let you into the parking lot prior to the hour stated on your parking card. If you exceed the departure time limit, the system will require you to pay the difference in fees for the extra hours. Please take into consideration the price tariffs valid in individual parking lots. For example, GO parking uses daily tariffs, so the price is not affected whether you plan your arrival/departure for 11 a.m. or 11 p.m. on any given day.
How do I find where a parking lot is situated?
Exact instructions and details are displayed by individual offered parking lots. You may also find all required information on your parking card that you will receive via e-mail as soon as your payment is received.
How does a parking card look?
You will receive the card in the form of a confirmation e-mail (see here). Print the card on standard office paper and store carefully. After you reach the parking lot, just put the barcode on the parking card to the entry terminal.
Payment denied, even if I have sufficient balance on my account.
If you use your card for an online payment for the first time, additional card activation from the issuing bank is usually required. These activations may be arranged also on one-off basis for selected payments. Ask for the bank’s employee specialising in payment cards.
May I pay cashless by money transfer?
No, no other payment option beside online card payment is available at this point, unfortunately. The system’s technical specifications do not permit this at the moment, but we are working on other payment options and will try and offer them to our customers as soon as possible.
May I get a tax certificate?
Yes, parking card is a tax certificate.
Are special discounts available if I book places for several cars?
No, the prices are per individual vehicles and each parking place must be booked separately → 1 parking place = 1 parking card.
What are the cancellation terms?
If you wish to change or cancel a booking, please click HERE. All changes are subject to the principles of the Terms of Trade.
What personal information do you need?
If you have found a parking lot that suits your requirements and want to proceed with the payment, we will ask for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available). All other information concerning your money card is not known to us, as you provide this data directly via the website of the given banking institution that informs us just about the validity/invalidity of the payment, whether the payment was accepted and whether the balance on the account is sufficient for the transaction.
Will parkoviště.cz share my data with third parties?
Parkoviště.cz will provide your name and booking information just to its suppliers (parking lot operators) for operating reasons. We will not provide these data to any other firms for marketing or other purposes.
Will parkoviště.cz use my data for direct marketing?
No, only if you approve it explicitly. We will send you information about new products offered by our company. If you wish not to receive any information from our part beside the information important for the operation of our system, please write to: info@parkoviste.cz.
What money card may I use?

** Until revoked, Česká Spořitelna’s payment gate does not support payments with international money cards, just cards issued in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

What information do we collect from you?
In order to be able to determine and fulfil your wishes and needs, we need you personal data in some cases. All your data is consequently used to support your customer relation with the firm PARKOVIŠTĚ.CZ. The basic premise for the obtaining of any information is your approval with processing of the information. In all the steps, PARKOVIŠTĚ.CZ complies with valid legislation and general terms of trade.
How do we handle the information?
All information that you provide to us is treated in line with the act no. 482/2002 on personal data protection. At the same time, we undertake that your personal information will not be abused by a third party. Your personal data may be used for advertising purposes of PARKOVIŠTĚ.CZ for the creation of various statistics, which will, however, be used just for internal purposes of the firm PARKOVIŠTĚ.CZ. When the data are processed this way, no personal identification data may be obtained.
What are cookies and how do we use them?
“Cookies“ is information that is transmitted and stored from websites to user hard drives for the purpose of record storage. Cookies enable the preservation of important information and settings on website that make the use of the websites more convenient.
The firm PARKOVIŠTĚ.CZ uses cookies in order to make the use of the website users and enable customers to use the benefits offered by the website. On the basis of the cookies, we gain various data, such as total customer numbers and the information whether you have visited our website before. We know which parking lots you are using and we may inform you about things that may be of interest to you.
